Lucas Antzuk

Practices general corporate law with focus on compliance, investigations, and government enforcement since 2015. Lucas is also experienced in public law, criminal law and matters related to data privacy, cybersecurity and digital law.

Extensive work experience with risk assessments, compliance programs implementations and enhancements, compliance policies and trainings, internal proceedings, and corporate governance. Worked in several internal investigations and in the defense/cooperation and in the leniency agreements with national and foreign autorities. Lucas has assisted clients from a variety of industry sectors, including technology, gas and oil, infrastructure and aviation, with special focus in life sciences.

Specialized in compliance by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2016 and 2019). He was a student and researcher at the Brazilian Society of Public Law – SBDP (2014). Lucas also worked as an intern at São Paulo State Court of Appeals.
