Esther Flesch

Esther Flesch is a seasoned lawyer with 30 years of experience in business law and a recognized professional in the compliance field. Throughout her career she has received dozens of national and international awards in several areas of practice, having also developed in-depth work in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector as well as in the digital and IT industries. Esther has worked on some of the most relevant corporate leniency cases involving Brazilian companies and executives in Brazil and the USA. Among her clients are some of the world’s leading corporations with a strong focus in the american and european markets.

The 2018 edition of Chambers Latin America ranked Esther as the only “star individual” in the Brazilian compliance field and she was also amongst the 100 women in the Women in Investigations report, promoted by the Global Investigations Review. In Brazil she is recognized by the publication Análise Advocacia 500 as one of the most admired lawyers in the country, and in the 2018 edition was cited as a highlight in the Financial sector.

As managing partner at Flesch Advogados, Esther leads a multidisciplinary team of lawyers and strategic partners in dispute resolution and prevention.
